vibratory bowl feeder?

i would like to ask that how to construct a vibratory bowl feeder? what stuff do i needs to build it by myself? i means what kind of vibrator do i needs? and what do i needs to consider when i gonna build the spiral track respective to its angle? the weight/size of my workpiece?

Wow. Where do I begin.
We buy a lot of bowl feeders where I work. Much of what you are asking depends on the part you want to feed (shape and material) and the rate at which you want it to feed at.
I know the center of gravity of the part is important and desired orientation. If the desired orientation is different than the natural “balance” tendencies of the part – then the result usually is a sub optimal feed rate and performance.
For higher rate you usually end up with a larger bowl and/or more turns on the spiral track.
At the end of the bowl is usually an in-line track. It is either vibratory, controlled independently of the bowl, or an air in-line where compressed air provides the driving force.
Bowl making is considered a black art in engineering. I have never seen a book or write-up on how to do it.
The bowl is suspended on three sets of flat springs that are positioned at an angle (you really need a picture to understand this) and the vibrations are generated by an electro-magnet (armature) that is fed 110/220VAC 50-60 Hz through a controller. The controller effects ampliture only.
A bowl feeder needs a solid (and heavy) mounting to counter the vibrations. A 2-inch thick steel base is not uncommon for a 15-inch diameter bowl. This base is then mounted on vibration dampeners (rubber pads) and in turn mounted on a steel table with another somewhat thinner (3/4-inch or so) steel top.
