Can I sue my landlord for not fixing our front steps?
We have fiberglass steps that are mushy. He screwed wood over the bottom steps instead of getting new ones. Now the top is mushy and there’s a crack. We called a week ago and he hasn’t returned our call.
He needs to come and put wood over all of them.
You can not sue him unless you suffer a loss.
Since there is no danger a week is fine.
