The Weber Genesis E-310 Liquid Propane Gas Grill is a trendy outdoor gas grill that uses liquid propane for its functioning. The Weber Genesis E-310 gas grill is available in three stunning colors of black, copper and green. Features
The Weber Spirit E-320 propane gas grill occupies a total cooking area of 637 square inches of which 507 square inches is the cooking area and the remaining 130 square inches is taken up the warming rack. Other features of this gas grill include the porcelain enamel cast iron cooking grates and shroud, an enclosed cart, heat deflectors, thermometer, tool hooks and flavorizer bars. Another interesting feature is the three burners system. Two heavy-duty casters lock the grill in front. Two other heavy-duty swivel casters help to move the grill around. The control knobs are placed in the front panel in this gas grill compared to other Weber gas grills that have these knobs located at the side. There is a fuel gauge that helps to keep a track on the fuel remaining. Also, the cooking grates maintain uniform heat throughout the cooking.

Performance/Pros
The grill heats up very fast and cooks food uniformly. You can grill your meat and vegetables on both sides on the grilling surface as it is two sided. Also, the grilling surface comes with triangular elements. These features ensure that while your grilled food is flat on one side and have triangular points on the other side. If you allow the grill to get preheated to the required setting, the food will come out juicy and tender without a raw taste. The burners lighting mechanism is slightly different from other Weber gas grills. The directions for putting the gas grill together that came along with the package were quite clear and easy to follow. You must use metal washers with the gas grill and avoid other types such as nylon washers. The temperature control knobs operate smoothly and with great precision. The burners are placed front to back rather than side to side.
Drawbacks
The cooking surface is slightly smaller compared to other grills if you plan to cook for a large group of people. This Weber gas grill does not have the comfortable wooden handle that was a convenient feature of the earlier gas grills. When compared to other gas grills, it takes extra time to reach the full temperature. If the gas grill and drip pans are not cleaned properly, you may end up with a fire hazard.
The Bottom Line
These Weber grills leave perfect grill marks on the cooked food without a char mark on the outside. The construction is beautiful and you cannot stop admiring it.
